What you will do

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead identification, scoring, tracking, and attribution across the marketing funnel.
  • Analyze marketing channels to determine ROI and inform resource allocation.
  • Oversee marketing tech stack (HubSpot, UserGems, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) integration and utilization.
  • Collaborate on end-to-end campaign execution with marketing, paid media, and analytics teams.
  • Support revenue operations with lead handoff processes, insights, and reports for sales teams.
  • Document, analyze, and optimize marketing and sales funnels; generate performance reports.
  • Manage project timelines, status meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations or digital marketing with focus on lead management and pipeline generation.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, UserGems, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Looker; custom objects and attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • "Get-it-done" execution focus with project management using Asana and Notion.
  • Effective communication to simplify data for marketing and sales alignment.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.
