What you will do
- Own inbound pipeline, multi-quarter growth forecasting, and performance predictability including variance management and capital allocation.
- Lead senior performance marketers, setting standards for rigor, accountability, and portfolio-level strategic thinking.
- Implement channel strategies, revenue-linked scorecards, experimentation frameworks, clean attribution, and executive reporting.
- Maintain expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO/GEO, cross-channel modeling, and portfolio optimization.
- Build AI-enabled workflows to improve velocity, insights, forecasting, experimentation speed, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B acquisition/performance marketing (SaaS preferred).
- 2+ years managing performance marketing teams.
- Success scaling inbound pipeline with multi-million dollar budgets efficiently (focus on pipeline, not just traffic).
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets required), BI tools (Tableau, Looker), attribution models, funnel metrics, and experimentation.
- AI fluency: daily user of tools like ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity, experience in creative/data/workflow automation, strong prompting/QA skills.
