Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle programs for onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
- Create data-informed user journeys that guide customers from initial signup to power-user adoption.
- Develop a rigorous testing framework to validate messaging, timing, channel mix, and segmentation strategies.
- Partner with Product Managers and Leads to align lifecycle programs with product priorities and influence the roadmap.
- Independently execute campaigns in Customer.io and use Looker and Snowflake for audience segmentation and behavioral analysis.
- Write and iterate on high-converting, on-brand copy for email and in-product communications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing with a focus on product adoption and retention.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong analytical proficiency with experience using Looker, Snowflake, and SQL for independent data extraction and analysis.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for user-facing content across multiple digital channels.
- Hands-on mastery of Customer.io (or similar tools like Braze, Iterable) and Salesforce.
- Proven experience in running structured A/B tests and iterating based on data results.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Background in travel or fintech industries.
- Experience with early-stage or 0-1 product launches.
