Solutions Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (AI/BI): Developing and demonstrating technical proof-of-concepts for an AI analytics platform with an accent on data governance and semantic modeling. Focus on bridging the gap between customer business needs and technical product capabilities through SQL and Python.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Remote) or Ireland (Hybrid in Dublin, 3 days per week in-office)

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and uncover high-value use cases for the hirify.global platform.
• Build and present high-touch Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to showcase value for AI and BI use cases.
• Enable prospective customers on how to successfully utilize the platform with their specific data.
• Coordinate the transition from trials to successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback and guide product direction.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of experience in data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI).
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with a strong desire to work closely with customers.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, or similar analytics languages.
• Based in the UK or Ireland.
• Prior experience with enterprise BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or Sisense.
