What you will do

• Manage and assign inbound enquiries from web, phone, and chat channels within agreed timescales.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity, resolving duplicate accounts and ensuring high standards for reporting.
• Coordinate key campaign milestones, including artwork confirmations and the delivery of post-campaign analysis.
• Curate customer stories and insights for internal communications and the weekly Monday Broadcast.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies and wider operational issues in coordination with relevant teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes using AI and automation.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer and revenue data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse internal teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
