What you will do
- Manage and assign inbound enquiries from web, phone, and chat channels within agreed timescales.
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity, resolving duplicate accounts and ensuring high standards for reporting.
- Coordinate key campaign milestones, including artwork confirmations and the delivery of post-campaign analysis.
- Curate customer stories and insights for internal communications and the weekly Monday Broadcast.
- Investigate revenue discrepancies and wider operational issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes using AI and automation.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer and revenue data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse internal teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
