What you will do

• Support accurate forecasting and performance tracking across the partner ecosystem, including ARR and renewal forecasts.
• Build and maintain dashboards for partner performance, pipeline, and retention using BI tools.
• Ensure data integrity and operational consistency within Salesforce and partner systems.
• Implement and document scalable channel processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Sales teams to align on data models and reporting standards.
• Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and recommend automation for manual processes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business, Revenue, or Channel Operations roles.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Proven track record in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage data quality and contribute to process standardization initiatives.
