What you will do
- Lead and execute UAT to ensure new systems, features, and enhancements meet user needs and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, third-party vendors, and IT teams to translate business needs into UAT scenarios, test plans, and scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to confirm that updates do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Provide consultation and recommendations for the effective application of technology and operational processes.
- Set and execute operational readiness checklists and secure final sign-off from key stakeholders for release.
Requirements
- Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment.
- Experience as a UAT Tester or Business Analyst focused on driving operational processes and customer experience.
- Hands-on experience writing test plans and managing defects using tools such as Jira.
- Experience working within an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK
Nice to have
- Experience in the DC pensions industry.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
