What you will do

• Lead and execute UAT to ensure new systems, features, and enhancements meet user needs and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, third-party vendors, and IT teams to translate business needs into UAT scenarios, test plans, and scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to confirm that updates do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Provide consultation and recommendations for the effective application of technology and operational processes.
• Set and execute operational readiness checklists and secure final sign-off from key stakeholders for release.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment.
• Experience as a UAT Tester or Business Analyst focused on driving operational processes and customer experience.
• Hands-on experience writing test plans and managing defects using tools such as Jira.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience in the DC pensions industry.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
