What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to acquire new enterprise business and expand market presence to exceed growth targets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to negotiation and final closure.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives by tailoring industry-relevant use cases and outcome-driven value conversations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Deal Desk to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying, closing SaaS sales roles focused on enterprise accounts.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, medium-to-long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Expertise in solution-selling and positioning software such as ITSM or EX platforms to enhance ROI.
  • Strong collaborative and analytical skills with a customer-first mindset.
