TL;DR

Senior Channel Account Manager (Networking): Driving revenue growth and managing the channel partner community within the Central US region with an accent on business development strategy and partner enablement. Focus on optimizing partner productivity, executing go-to-market activities, and strengthening strategic alliances.

Location: Remote (US). Must reside in or near the Central US region. Requires travel of up to 50% within a multi-state territory.

Salary: $260,000 - $325,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day business and relationship management for channel partners in the Central Region.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets through joint planning and execution of go-to-market activities.
  • Ensure partner compliance with channel programs and drive attainment of sales and technical certifications.
  • Collaborate with field sales and two-tier distribution to identify white space and generate pipeline.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to address geographic or vertical market gaps.
  • Maintain accurate partner information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling high-technology products, preferably via channel partners.
  • Proven track record of managing channel accounts and delivering against revenue targets.
  • Working knowledge of networking, data center, and security technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within a multi-state territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive, sales, and technical audiences.
