Location: On-Site in Scottsdale, AZ. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation: $20/hour base + uncapped commission (OTE $60,000 – $120,000)

What you will do
- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
- Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services using a consultative approach.
- Strategically manage client relationships and follow-ups to advance the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to efficiently manage pipeline and client information.
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Expert communication skills, particularly for phone and video calls.
- High level of discipline, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
- Adaptability to new technologies to enhance workflow.
- Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Must be able to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
