TL;DR

Call Center Sales Rep (Fintech): Managing a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads to provide accounting and tax solutions for small business owners with an accent on consultative selling and relationship management. Focus on delivering high-impact visual presentations via Google Meet and optimizing the sales cycle through CRM mastery.

Location: On-Site in Scottsdale, AZ. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation: $20/hour base + uncapped commission (OTE $60,000 – $120,000)

What you will do

  • Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
  • Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services using a consultative approach.
  • Strategically manage client relationships and follow-ups to advance the sales cycle.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to efficiently manage pipeline and client information.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Expert communication skills, particularly for phone and video calls.
  • High level of discipline, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Adaptability to new technologies to enhance workflow.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Must be able to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.

Nice to have

  • Experience closing a high volume of high-ticket items.
