TL;DR

Remote Sales Rep (Fintech): Driving growth by managing a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads for virtual accounting services with an accent on consultative selling and client relationship management. Focus on conducting high-impact product demonstrations, educating small business owners on tax and accounting value, and optimizing sales cycles via CRM.

Location: Must be based in one of the approved US states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT.

Compensation: OTE $60,000 – $120,000

What you will do

  • Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
  • Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
  • Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
  • Master CRM systems and other sales tools to efficiently manage pipeline and client information.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Expert communication skills for building trust and rapport via phone and video calls.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Must be based in approved US states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT.
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to provide own hardware: Quad-Core CPU, minimum 16GB RAM, Windows or Mac OS, and second monitor.

  • Experience closing a high volume of high-ticket items.
