Base Salary: $38,500 - $49,000

What you will do

• Perform outbound and inbound phone sales to generate interest in wealth management services.
• Connect high net worth and mass affluent prospective clients with Financial Advisors via virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot user issues with the Financial Dashboard and coordinate with the technical support team.
• Manage and record all client interactions accurately using CRM software.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors regarding prospective clients and lead hand-off.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship not available, including CPT/OPT).
• Knowledge of investment products and services.
• Ability to maintain regulatory-driven policies and procedures.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Possess a clean U4 record.

Nice to have

• Series 7, 63, 65, and 66 licensure.
• Proven investment advisory sales skills, including proactive outbound calling efforts.
• Strong operational and organizational skills for managing complex workflows.
