What you will do

• Perform top-down architectural analysis of AMS systems and define design specifications and verification plans.
• Develop understanding of digital and photonics subsystems to establish AMS requirements.
• Evaluate and compare high-performance analog topologies to meet AI application requirements.
• Implement digitally assisted analog techniques to optimize system performance and partitioning.
• Conduct transistor-level feasibility studies for various AMS circuits.
• Define production and bench-level test plans and collaborate with layout and production test engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a related field of expertise.
• 10+ years of experience in AMS Design.
• Expertise in high-speed analog architectures (PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs, TIA, Modulator drivers).
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Verilog A modeling.
• Experience with low-power and high-precision analog techniques and AMS design flows.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
