Salary: $77,600 - $176,000 (annualized USD)

• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in semiconductor foundry technologies for defense clients.
• Advise the government on advanced technology node access and capabilities.
• Develop strategies, assessment methods, and technology models for defense packaging objectives.
• Create technology roadmaps and business models to improve future access and collaboration.
• Perform analytical calculations of process technologies to guide industry activities and provide technical assessments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working directly for a semiconductor foundry in an engineering capacity.
• 5+ years of experience with the design and analysis of semiconductor process technologies.
• Experience with advanced computing paradigms (e.g., Quantum, Cryo-CMOS, Neuromorphic, Spintronics).
• Deep knowledge of device physics, lithography, source-mask optimization, and semiconductor materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Engineering, or Semiconductor Physics.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
