TL;DR

Contracts Manager (SaaS): Managing the day-to-day execution of commercial contracting at scale with an accent on high-volume contract review and deal momentum. Focus on negotiating MSAs, DPAs, and NDAs while optimizing contract workflows in Ironclad and Salesforce.

Location: Must be based in the United States (WFH supported)

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + bonus

What you will do

  • Own high-volume contract review across NDAs, MSAs, order forms, DPAs, and amendments.
  • Manage contract workflows in Ironclad and Salesforce to ensure accuracy and speed.
  • Partner with Sales to unblock negotiations and maintain deal momentum.
  • Apply internal playbooks to assess risk and escalate only when necessary.
  • Maintain and improve templates, clause libraries, and fallback positions.
  • Align internal teams including Sales, Security, and Finance on contractual positions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in contracts management, paralegal, or commercial legal roles.
  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong familiarity with commercial agreements such as MSAs, DPAs, and NDAs.
  • Experience negotiating directly with counterparties on standard terms.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with non-legal stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CLM tools like Ironclad and Salesforce.
  • Exposure to data protection and information security terms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
