What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture and define design standards, patterns, and governance for the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead solution design across multiple modules to ensure scalability and prevent technical debt.
• Design and oversee complex integrations with Azure, AWS, and other third-party systems.
• Guide the adoption and implementation of AI and automation capabilities within ServiceNow.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured, deliverable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data structures.
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs and cloud platforms.
• Practical experience applying AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Leeds, UK.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
