What you will do

• Architect and deploy scalable, production-grade services across the core software platform.
• Define architectural standards and reference patterns to decouple the codebase into modular services.
• Partner with engineering leadership to execute frontend framework consolidation and improve observability.
• Design systems with a focus on security, cost-efficiency, and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Integrate secure AI/LLM patterns into customer-facing surfaces with strict operational guardrails.
• Advise executive and product teams on technical tradeoffs and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on software development experience in cloud-native environments.
• Must reside in the United Kingdom, Poland, or Czech Republic.
• Advanced mastery of distributed systems, event-driven design, and database technologies.
• Proven track record of migrating monolithic architectures to modular services.
• Deep experience with AWS infrastructure, high availability, and cost optimization.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills for presenting to business leaders.
