What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical enablement resource for strategic Channel partners in the UKI region.
• Develop partner technical capabilities to enable independent technical discovery and solution positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior partner technical leaders and Pre-Sales Managers.
• Align hirify.global solutions to partner offerings and go-to-market motions to influence technical strategy.
• Plan and deliver technical enablement activities, including workshops, lunch-and-learns, and partner-focused QBRs.
• Ensure partners adhere to the Global hirify.global Partner compliance program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure (storage, datacenter architecture, networking, and compute).
• 5+ years of experience enabling channel partners in a technical capacity (e.g., Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect).
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience operating within a matrixed environment across internal and partner teams.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Windsor or London, UK.
