What you will do

  • Identify and close immediate revenue opportunities through outbound efforts and strategic relationship development.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles from discovery to close, including product demos and ROI discussions.
  • Analyze operational gaps in restaurant businesses to position software as a tool for profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to craft tailored proposals and RFP responses.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately using Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or account management, preferably in restaurant technology.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and profitability.
  • Proven track record of selling into multi-unit or enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate value effectively to both technical and operational audiences.
  • Location: Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior experience negotiating long-term contracts and working with legal teams.
