What you will do

  • Achieve monthly sales targets aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Develop business plans and strategies to attract new SME clients and extend market share.
  • Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of leads using Salesforce.
  • Build professional networks through local forums and business events.
  • Sell a range of hirify.global products, including standalone/integrated POS and Ecomm solutions.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth in line with pricing policy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in targeted B2B field sales (Merchant Sales experience is essential).
  • Must possess a full driving license.
  • Experience selling up to C-level executives.
  • Strong consultative approach, solution selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the payments market.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
