They offer multi-currency business accounts, dedicated UK, EU, and US IBANs, FX services, corporate cards, international payments, and treasury solutions tailored for SMEs and enterprise clients.

✔ Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, EMI, or financial services
- Proven experience managing multifunctional sales teams and commercial operations
- Strong leadership background in Business Development, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Sales functions
- Experience building and improving sales structures, KPIs, and scalable acquisition models
- Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with direct commercial involvement
