What you will do
- Conduct cold calls and execute targeted email campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and technical stakeholders across trading, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and new business inquiries.
- Maintain accurate lead and account information within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and follow up on leads from industry events.
- Schedule meetings for the Sales Team and help advance deals through the early sales cycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City for hybrid office attendance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Background in FinTech, technology, or infrastructure-related fields, specifically selling into financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with critical skills in Excel.
- Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Hubspot.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
