What you will do

  • Conduct cold calls and execute targeted email campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Identify decision-makers and technical stakeholders across trading, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and new business inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate lead and account information within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and follow up on leads from industry events.
  • Schedule meetings for the Sales Team and help advance deals through the early sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City for hybrid office attendance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Background in FinTech, technology, or infrastructure-related fields, specifically selling into financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with critical skills in Excel.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Hubspot.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
