TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Generating and qualifying revenue opportunities within the wealth management and private banking sectors with an accent on strategic prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on building target account lists, conducting discovery meetings, and fueling growth in the London market.

Location: London, UK. Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities to drive growth within the London office.
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists and account plans within assigned territories.
  • Research and build accounts through strategic calling, emailing, and contact acquisition.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations and meetings with prospect accounts.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities for Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound SaaS prospecting roles.
  • Must maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proactive approach with a strong work ethic and a company-first mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or financial services.
  • Knowledge of private banking and wealth management prospecting.
  • Professional fluency in French, German, and Spanish.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce Engage.
