TL;DR

Digital Strategy Manager (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and retention for top-tier financial institution clients through strategic marketing programs and innovation plans with an accent on consultative engagement and account expansion. Focus on increasing product adoption, managing executive-level relationships, and executing solutions-based selling to ensure contractual continuity.

Location: Must be based in the US (Georgia/Virtual); requires 50%+ travel and quarterly onsite meetings.

What you will do

  • Manage a territory of 12-15 top-tier clients across the Midwest and Southeast US to achieve revenue quotas.
  • Drive growth through the sale of add-on strategic products and negotiation of pricing for renewals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve end-user adoption and bill pay penetration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executive decision makers to build true partnerships.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure the delivery of products and services.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences to maintain professional networks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (Georgia/Virtual).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or technology software in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of demonstrated revenue quota achievement.
  • Prior experience in the banking or credit union space as a practitioner or vendor.
  • Expertise in consultative, solutions-based selling and strategic planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS software solution selling.
  • General working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
