What you will do

• Lead and scale a flagship podcast, from guest strategy to performance analysis.
• Build and manage thought leadership profiles for senior stakeholders across LinkedIn.
• Create high-impact content including research summaries, sales materials, and case studies.
• Translate complex insights into compelling, accessible narratives across multiple formats.
• Shape internal communications and strengthen employer brand positioning.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Communications, owning critical programmes end-to-end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or similar roles.
• Exceptional writing skills with a proven portfolio across multiple formats.
• Practical experience in podcast production and management.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in London to support an office-based hybrid schedule (4 days/week).
