What you will do

• Develop and execute communication roadmaps and tactical plans for the Germany and UK markets.
• Create content and editorial calendars for social media, blogs, and website copy to ensure a unified global story.
• Coordinate logistics, registrations, and booth execution for major conferences and industry events.
• Support and amplify the patient advocacy program, Flatiron Voices, through targeted storytelling.
• Collaborate with US-based and local marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Monitor industry activities, competitor analysis, and legislative updates within the oncology and healthcare sectors.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketing or external communications, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Native-level proficiency in both English and German (C2).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in social/digital media strategy and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and the UK.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to scale communications workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Figma and Hubspot.
