is rebuilding the energy transaction market by creating the first AI-native transaction infrastructure to ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainability.
What you will do
- Deliver the company-level narrative and ensure consistency across leadership, media, and policy.
- Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to transform complex inputs into strategic recommendations.
- Lead major corporate communications, including annual reporting and high-impact announcements.
- Triage public affairs topics in collaboration with PR and government partners.
- Develop message frameworks and spokesperson alignment to build organizational comms readiness.
- Design operating syss for strategic communications to ensure repeatable quality.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic communications or corporate affairs within fast-growing or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to operate closely with senior leadership and manage complex issues.
- Experience developing multi-market communications plans.
- High writing bar for senior narratives, staents, and long-form materials.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal functions and external partners.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or trust- and regulation-heavy sectors.
- History of working with global communications advisory or PR agencies.
- Experience in a leadership operating role or working with a Chief of Staff.
- Familiarity with energy markets, infrastructure, or policy environments.
