What you will do

• Drive the communications vision for the Global Commercial Organization (GCO) and the Chief Commercial Officer.
• Guide regional leaders in sharing GCO priorities and managing employee engagement with authenticity.
• Coordinate global crisis and issues management across 150 global markets to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Develop adaptable communications toolkits, templates, and playbooks for local teams to tailor to their markets.
• Build external profiles and digital content calendars for the CCO and regional market leaders.
• Integrate sustainability and social impact commitments into all internal and external narratives.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in global corporate communications, preferably within the technology sector.
• International experience and a global mindset to collaborate across diverse cultures.
• Proficiency in applying design thinking to develop audience-centered communications solutions.
• Proven track record of advising senior leaders and influencing action beyond direct remit.
• Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on operational execution.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
