Community & Communication Intern (Corporate Communications): Supporting the Global Technology Team in building internal culture and community engagement with an accent on project coordination and event organization. Focus on implementing community initiatives, managing internal communications, and supporting the global onboarding process.

What you will do

• Implement initiatives to build and strengthen the culture and community of the hirify.global Technology Team.
• Manage administrative tasks and respond to inquiries from the technology team.
• Coordinate project tasks and handle internal team communications.
• Organize internal and external events, including large-scale international technology gatherings.
• Support the global roll-out of the onboarding process.
• Take ownership of smaller ad hoc projects within Community Enablement, Communications, or L&D.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English speaker.
• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• Hands-on mentality with a strong drive to follow through on tasks until completion.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively under time pressure.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and openness to new online tools.

• Previous experience working in a corporate environment.
