Community & Communications Intern (Tech)

TL;DR

Community & Communications Intern (Tech): Supporting the Global Technology Team in building culture and community engagement with an accent on internal communications and event organization. Focus on implementing community initiatives, managing onboarding roll-outs, and coordinating global technology events.

Location: Home Based / Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom)

Salary: £24,500 – £27,000 annually (pro rata)

What you will do

• Implement initiatives to build and strengthen the culture and community within the hirify.global Technology Team.
• Coordinate project management for team communications and handle administrative tasks.
• Organize internal and external events, including large-scale international technology conferences.
• Support the global roll-out of onboarding processes for new technologists.
• Manage ad hoc projects aligned with Community Enablement, Communications, and Learning and Development.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2).
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and openness to new online tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, maintain high accuracy, and handle time pressure.
