Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 USD (base)

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR support to headquarters and North American operating companies aligned with business goals.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, leadership coaching, and cultural alignment.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts for M&A activity.
• Ensure compliance with North American labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Experience supporting US-based organizations across multiple states.
• Deep knowledge of compensation, talent management, and US employment law.
• Professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Google Workspace and HRIS.
