What you will do
- Hire, train, and manage performance of the service team while fostering a safe working environment.
- Resolve customer issues, perform goodwill visits, and train team on effective sales techniques.
- Achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; manage budget and operational issues.
- Provide hands-on support by accompanying reps, visiting customers, driving company vehicle, and handling product pick-up/delivery.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Location: Orlando, FL, US
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer
