What you will do

• Hire, train, and manage performance of the service team while fostering a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer issues, perform goodwill visits, and train team on effective sales techniques.
• Achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; manage budget and operational issues.
• Provide hands-on support by accompanying reps, visiting customers, driving company vehicle, and handling product pick-up/delivery.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Location: Orlando, FL, US
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer
