What you will do

• Provide strategic operational leadership for all aspects of kitchen and marketplace operations.
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of associates and supervisors, focusing on professional development.
• Maintain financial reporting for forecasting, labor, food cost, and revenue.
• Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure accurate ordering of materials and ingredients based on demand.
• Ensure a safe work environment compliant with food safety and sustainability policies.
• Collaborate with the Chef Success team on recipe implementation and production accuracy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or high-volume commercial kitchens.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• FoodServe Manager License.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Spreadsheets).
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
• Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred.
