What you will do

• Resolve building operations issues and coordinate with technicians and vendors.
• Manage vendor contracts, service compliance, and scheduling of building activities like move-ins/outs.
• Handle tenant communications, rent collection follow-ups, late fees, and lease compliance.
• Review and code invoices, prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and expense reconciliations.
• Assist with insurance, electricity procurement, real estate tax reviews, and after-hours emergencies.
• Plan tenant events and support accounting, leasing, marketing, and construction coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in commercial property management.
• Excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with real estate software (Yardi, MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK or similar).
• Basic accounting knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
