What you will do

• Lead interior design efforts for special or complex commercial projects from initial sketch to construction start.
• Develop high-quality design deliverables, including mood boards, material presentations, and construction documentation.
• Perform space planning, select interior materials and finishes, and manage FF&E resources.
• Coordinate with Audio Visual and other specialty consultants to ensure technical integration.
• Mentor and support Project Designers through quality reviews and on-boarding.
• Engage stakeholders through programming, surveys, and focus groups to maximize design outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of design experience within the commercial real estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA accredited institution in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (as indicated by ADA compliance and US benefits).
• Proven ability to lead team efforts and delegate work effectively.
• Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for internal and consultant meetings.
