What you will do

• Oversight and supervision of property management staff, ensuring adequate staffing and superior performance through training and motivation.
• Resolve day-to-day issues, coordinate budgets, and conduct annual audits while implementing best practices.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serve as primary point of contact, and drive business development including RFP responses and new pursuits.
• Manage financial performance, analyze profitability, and cross-sell Stream's services.
• Collaborate with national leadership to standardize policies and advocate for platform improvements.
• Complete performance reviews and foster teamwork across divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• 10+ years management experience with supervisory responsibility in property management or commercial real estate
• CPM, CCIM, CPA, RPA designations desired
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills; detail-oriented and computer literate
• Business development and third-party property management experience highly preferred
