What you will do
- Oversight and supervision of property management staff, ensuring adequate staffing and superior performance through training and motivation.
- Resolve day-to-day issues, coordinate budgets, and conduct annual audits while implementing best practices.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serve as primary point of contact, and drive business development including RFP responses and new pursuits.
- Manage financial performance, analyze profitability, and cross-sell Stream's services.
- Collaborate with national leadership to standardize policies and advocate for platform improvements.
- Complete performance reviews and foster teamwork across divisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- 10+ years management experience with supervisory responsibility in property management or commercial real estate
- CPM, CCIM, CPA, RPA designations desired
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills; detail-oriented and computer literate
- Business development and third-party property management experience highly preferred
