What you will do

• Collect and compile HR metrics from HRIS, surveys, records, and other sources.
• Analyze data for trends in recruitment, hiring, motivation, turnover, and compliance.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Recommend goals, benchmarks, policies, and activities to improve culture.
• Facilitate implementation of training, development, and HR initiatives.
• Conduct classification audits and ensure data privacy compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in job classification, compensation programs, benefits, training, data collection, or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
