TL;DR

HR Generalist (HR Operations): Supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across the Americas region with an accent on operational efficiency and data accuracy. Focus on optimizing HRIS infrastructure, managing US-based local HR processes, and streamlining administrative workflows.

Location: Hybrid, New York, NY. Unable to sponsor visas at this time.

Salary: $75,000 – $127,000

What you will do

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR system data accuracy and oversee the relationship with the co-employer (ADP).
  • Own administrative aspects of US local HR, such as payroll reports and enrollment plans.
  • Develop and maintain formal policies, employee handbooks, and local labor law documentation.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize HRIS infrastructure and streamline global HR processes.
  • Support merit cycles, performance reviews, and employee engagement surveys.

Requirements

  • Experience working with HR systems (Success Factors is a plus).
  • Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships across an international, matrixed team.
