Salary: $122,000–$134,200

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume queue of complex HR and compliance inquiries for customers.
• Provide professional guidance on HR best practices and employment law in user-friendly terms.
• Create and update HR-related content for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to deliver HR tools and guidance.
• Liaise with the Compliance team to maintain standards as a co-employer.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in presentations and inter-departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
• Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or PEO environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of multi-state HR experience is a plus.
