TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $120,000/yr

What you will do

  • Lead the HR and compliance workstream to ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into client workforce solutions.
  • Bridge legal obligations and business operations to help clients navigate complex employment law landscapes.
  • Ensure every client implementation meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through strategic leadership and guidance.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to enable scalable growth for clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and authorized to work (E-Verify participant)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR with in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, FMLA, ADA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HRIS, specifically UKG Ready.
