What you will do

  • Maintain and audit HR data, including job classifications and salary updates, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Manage pre-boarding processes, including background checks, I-9 verification, and execution of employment contracts.
  • Serve as a Workday power user to build new hire profiles and optimize HRIS records.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT and provide dedicated support to new hires during their first days.
  • Orchestrate interview logistics and manage candidate pipelines using Lever ATS.
  • Drive People Ops special projects, including compliance audits and internal team events.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience within an HR or People team.
  • Experience with Lever (ATS) and Workday (HRIS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and high attention to detail with sensitive data.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR law and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
