Salary: $191,300 - $229,500 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of 7 BDR managers and 50+ representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Design and execute outbound strategies with a critical focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions.
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI tools and emerging sales tech to optimize inbound and outbound workflows.
- Collaborate with Account Executive (AE) leaders and the Ops team to improve lead conversion and data utilization.
- Set and execute the overall organizational strategy to ensure consistent pipeline contribution and KPI attainment.
- Build scalable onboarding, training, and manager enablement programs to strengthen prospecting and operational rigor.
Requirements
- Mandatory second-line leadership experience (minimum 2 years).
- Proven experience leading at scale, ideally managing teams of approximately 50 people.
- Mandatory experience launching and leveraging AI tools for both inbound and outbound sales motions.
- Deep expertise in outbound strategy, ABM motions, and performance management.
- Experience with multi-product adoption strategies within larger, established organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
