TL;DR

Principal Sales Account Executive, Enterprise (Fintech AI SaaS): Driving revenue growth within a portfolio of strategic global enterprise customers with an accent on new business acquisition and long-term expansion across million-dollar-plus accounts. Focus on owning full commercial sales lifecycle, executive-level value selling, and complex negotiations for the hirify.global Controls Platform.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in New York or Virginia offices if based there); remote otherwise with travel as needed.

What you will do

  • Own outbound pipeline creation and prospecting for top-tier global strategic accounts, partnering with SDR and Marketing.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial execution for largest opportunities, including deal strategy, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation.
  • Articulate enterprise-wide value cases linking customer strategy, economic impact, and executive priorities to commercial outcomes.
  • Handle advanced commercial negotiations, bespoke deal terms, and maintain pipeline accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Retain long-term ownership of strategic accounts and influence vertical sales strategy without people management.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of global executive buying dynamics in regulated financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-scale vertical strategy, regulations, and control challenges.
  • Knowledge of hirify.global Controls Platform value and large-scale deal economics.
  • Experience in long-term strategic account stewardship and multi-million-dollar transactions.
  • Disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
