TL;DR

Senior Manager, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Scaling hirify.global’s end-to-end Lead-to-Cash motion across international markets with an accent on revenue process optimization and operational excellence. Focus on building frameworks for new market entry, improving global revenue workflows, and driving forecasting accuracy.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney (minimum 2 days/week in office)

Salary: €110,700 – €166,100 EUR

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team focused on international growth.
  • Develop and operationalize revenue strategies and frameworks to support new market entry, expansion, and renewals.
  • Design and implement global revenue workflows and optimize the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle in Salesforce, CPQ, Stripe, and Netsuite.
  • Develop accurate global sales forecasts and establish regional targets, quotas, and capacity plans.
  • Conduct predictive and diagnostic analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance risks.
  • Prepare and present actionable insights and performance dashboards for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing direct reports.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, finance, or strategic analytical roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Einstein/CRMa, Looker, or Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at the senior leadership level.
  • Must be based in one of the hub cities: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI for sales metric reporting.
  • Background in the digital or tech space.
