Salary: $165,000–$275,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Marketing to design and execute GTM strategies.
• Own and report on the entire customer journey lifecycle, including pre and post-sales analytics.
• Drive revenue growth and retention aligned with OKRs and KPIs.
• Manage pricing, quota setting, deal desk, and sales commissions.
• Optimize and automate the sales tech stack using Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, or finance/business operations in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• 5+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
• Ability to build infrastructure as an individual contributor leveraging outsourced resources in the short term.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for simplifying complex problems.
