What you will do

• Design and manage core operating rhythms including forecasting, pipeline councils, and QBRs.
• Conduct strategic analyses to identify trends and optimize GTM processes and strategy.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and resource plans in collaboration with GTM leadership.
• Lead high-impact projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
• Partner with technical teams to implement systematic processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage the fiscal launch process, including target setting and territory design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Experience building territories, compensation plans, and setting quotas for GTM teams.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Must be based in the US.
