Salary: £174,000 – £200,000

What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle from qualifying inbound leads to closing and expanding enterprise accounts in the UKI region.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers, delivering AI translation solutions that solve real business needs.
• Build and nurture a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve ambitious activity and revenue goals while maintaining accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling complex SaaS or AI solutions to Enterprise customers in the UKI market.
• Strong track record of acquiring new logos and growing large enterprise accounts.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Ability to navigate a fast-moving, evolving environment and shape your own path.
• Must be able to work from the London office twice a week.
