What you will do

  • Identify and engage targeted prospects to solve broken business processes using hirify.global's platform.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations for C-suite executives, including CFOs and CROs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for greenfield accounts and expand existing customer bases.
  • Apply value-based selling methodologies to accurately forecast business and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in consultative sales to Fortune 2000 companies, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas with high six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals.
  • Established professional network within the German territory.
  • Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Sales.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Outreach, SFDC, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with account planning frameworks like Altify, MEDDPICC, or Miller Heiman.
