TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing and retaining large-scale enterprise customers to ensure they achieve desired business outcomes with an accent on data-driven insights and value-led consulting. Focus on driving customer health, conducting strategic QBRs/EBRs, and securing renewals and expansions.

Location: Hybrid work model: On-site in Dublin, Ireland (Wednesday and Thursday) with remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic partnerships through regular customer engagements, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Engagements.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships at the C-level, serving as a trusted adviser for tech strategy advancement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the customer lifecycle to position accounts for continued growth.
  • Execute value-led discovery and success planning to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly renewal rates and renewal upsell targets defined by the business.
  • Develop and share standardized processes to improve the quality and efficiency of team operations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ireland to comply with the hybrid office requirement in Dublin.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in customer success, sales, professional services, or consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS environment, including license management and technology training processes.
  • Ability to perform value-led discovery to uncover business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent presentation and active listening skills.

  • Experience working with Gainsight.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
