What you will do

• Provide guidance, instruction, and leadership to assembly technicians to achieve departmental goals.
• Perform visual quality inspections and record non-conformances to ensure high standards.
• Train and guide both new and existing team members in assembly processes.
• Maintain build schedules to maximize floor utilization and efficiency.
• Follow detailed visual and written instructions for rack assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong detail and process orientation.
• Must be able to work additional hours and weekends when required.
